FAQs
The Ultrasonic Sealing System enables high-speed, glue-free bonding of the cup side seam. Unlike traditional heating rods, ultrasonic technology generates heat only at the point of contact, creating a cleaner, smoother, and more uniform seam.
This method produces a stronger seal, especially for double-PE coated paper, effectively preventing leakage while reducing energy consumption. The result is a more aesthetically pleasing cup body with reliable sealing performance for both hot and cold beverages.
The automatic lubrication system continuously supplies oil to critical moving parts such as gears, cams, and bearings during operation. This significantly reduces mechanical friction and heat buildup, which are the primary causes of wear in high-speed machinery.
By maintaining consistent lubrication, the system ensures smoother machine operation, lower noise levels, improved stability, and a longer service life, while also reducing the need for frequent manual maintenance.
The machine is designed to process a wide range of paper materials, including single-PE coated paper, double-PE coated paper, and environmentally friendly PLA-coated paper.
It supports paper weights ranging from 150 to 350 gsm, allowing manufacturers to produce different cup sizes—from small espresso cups to larger beverage containers. This flexibility makes the machine suitable for both traditional plastic-coated cups and eco-friendly biodegradable cup production.
The PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) with a touch-screen interface acts as the central control unit of the machine. It monitors every production stage in real time, from paper feeding and cup forming to rim curling and cup collection.
If any abnormal condition occurs, such as a paper jam or bottom sealing issue, the system automatically detects the fault and stops the machine to prevent material waste and potential damage. This intelligent control system improves production accuracy, operational efficiency, and ease of use for operators.
The rim curling (rimming) process is controlled through a multi-stage heating and forming system. The top edge of the cup is gradually softened before curling, allowing the machine to form a smooth, round, and reinforced rim.
This process ensures consistent rim quality, which is essential for secure lid fitting and a comfortable drinking experience, meeting the quality standards required by premium paper cup brands and food packaging manufacturers.
